As part of the Caucasus and Central Asia Arbitration Series, experts from across the region will share valuable insights into the key industries and dispute resolution trends shaping the Caucasus and Central Asia.
Fueled by major infrastructure and energy projects, alongside a steady influx of foreign investment, the business and investment landscape in these countries is evolving rapidly, positioning the region as an increasingly important player in the global economy.
Dispute resolution activity is also on the rise. Significant investment disputes - often notable for their precedential value or the amounts at stake - are increasingly involving states from the region. Commercial disputes, particularly in infrastructure and oil and gas projects, are becoming more complex, with growing cross-border and sector-specific challenges.
