A round table discussion organised by ERE France, an initiative to drive commitment to improve visibility and representation of women as expert witnesses. In arbitration, the selection of the expert is often seen by the parties as an essential factor for success in enlightening the tribunal as to what is at stake in the dispute.
This raises important questions: Are AI-driven nominations truly fair? Do they introduce biases and limitations? Can AI enhance objectivity and efficiency? On what data are suggestions based?
In search of equitable and credible selection process, the panel will provide a variety of insights to try to answer this question : Can AI-driven nominations truly ensure fair and impartial expert selection in arbitration and dispute resolution?
