As data centers push infrastructure to its limits and global energy pressures intensify, post‑construction disputes are becoming more complex, technical, and high‑stakes. This session brings together leading arbitration lawyers, forensic accountants, power and energy specialists and quantum experts to unpack where these disputes originate, how they evolve, and what effective resolution looks like in practice.
