Join us for a unique Paris Arbitration Week afternoon featuring two dynamic panels with leaders from arbitral institutions across Asia and the Middle East. This session brings together diverse perspectives from major arbitration centers for an in-depth look at the evolving landscape of international and regional dispute resolution.
Panelists will share insights on the strategic priorities shaping their institutions, covering everything from technological innovation and procedural efficiency to user experience enhancements and thought leadership initiatives.
The discussion will explore key trends these centers are witnessing firsthand, including what influences seat selection, how institutions are shaping their services, and the collaborative opportunities emerging across the Asia-Middle East corridor. A unique opportunity to hear directly from institutional leaders about their approaches to modern arbitration practice and the future they're building for dispute resolution in their markets.

Mapping the Asia-Middle East Corridor
The Asia-Middle East arbitration corridor is being built through national policy, institutional vision and growing cross-regional cooperation. This panel examines the state visions driving arbitration ecosystems from Singapore to Oman, the new commercial flows generating a new generation of disputes, and the partnerships turning the corridor from concept into reality.

Construction and infrastructure are the corridor's backbone - and so are the disputes they generate. This panel gets into the detail: where FIDIC contracts come under pressure in practice, what mega-projects like Vision 2030 and Belt and Road demand from institutions and their toolkits, and how technology, legal reform and shifting user expectations are rewiring construction dispute resolution across Asia and the Middle East.
