Presentation
The discussion will examine how political and economic instability in Latin America operates both as a driver of international disputes and as a factor that directly affects the conduct of arbitration proceedings. Political change, economic volatility, and regulatory uncertainty often give rise to contractual and investment disputes, while simultaneously shaping the procedural environment in which those disputes are resolved.
The event will be conducted in Spanish.
