The Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games were a great success, both on the field of play and in the stands. Behind the spotlight, the activity of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) has been significant. The conference organized by Women In Sports Law (WISLaw), and kindly hosted by Gaillard Banifatemi Shelbaya Disputes, will gather arbitrators, representatives of sports-related bodies and lawyers who will share their experiences and insights about the procedures before the Ad Hoc Division and Anti-Doping Division established by the CAS for the duration of the Olympic Games.
