This dynamic and interactive panel invites arbitration practitioners to step beyond theory and share real practice experiences from pivotal moments in arbitral proceedings.
Each speaker will recount a personal experience from a particular stage of a case - whether procedural, evidentiary, strategic, or simply unexpected - offering candid reflections on what can truly happen behind the scenes of an arbitration.
Expect practical insights, lessons learned, and a few memorable moments along the way.
The audience will be welcome to interrupt and engage with questions or comments, making the exchange more dynamic. The session will be followed by a cocktail reception for networking.
