PwC will unveil the results of its 2025 International Arbitration Study, based on the analysis of more than 180 international arbitral awards.
The session will provide a clear overview of the practices that genuinely influence the assessment of damages, followed by a panel discussion with PwC experts, lawyers and in house counsel on the most effective evidentiary strategies.
