In 2022, HKIAC’s arbitration caseload reached its highest level in over a decade. The statistics demonstrate the steady strength of Hong Kong as a seat for arbitration. As the global economy turns towards Asia, increased commercial and investment activity will lead to increased disputes and demand for effective dispute resolution.
