This lively morning debate jointly organised by CEPANI, NAI, VIAC, and AFA will explore the topic of efficiency from the perspective of arbitration under the respective rules of these four institutes.

Topics that will be touched upon include the effects of the flexibility of institutional rules on efficiency, the effect of the desire for speed on efficiency, organisational aspects of an institute’s secretariat that may impact efficiency, various procedural features and mechanisms, and of course costs.
