Please join us for a thought-provoking debate with stellar panellists to discuss a provocative question: “What’s Wrong with Arbitration?”. Each panellist will describe a specific problem s/he currently identifies in international arbitration, be it of procedural, substantive or logistical nature. This will be followed by a round-table discussion with the other panellists and the audience.

The panel will be moderated by Professor Maxi Scherer from WilmerHale and Raphael Kaminsky from Teynier Pic.
