Young ICCA is participating in the #PAW 2023!
Join us for the Young ICCA Debate on the following motion: “This house believes the impact of AI on arbitration is a distant pipedream, not an imminent reality”.
The event is co-hosted by Young ICCA and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton and will take place at Cleary Gottlieb's office in Paris, on Thursday, 30 March from 1 to 3 pm CET.
A light lunch will be served from 1 to 1.30 pm CET.
Given recent rapid developments in AI technologies, this debate will consider whether AI has the potential to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of arbitration, or whether any transformative changes are still many years away. The debate will also address important questions about the role of human decision making in the dispute resolution process and ethical implications of relying on AI.

<p>Join us for the Young ICCA Debate on the following motion: “This house believes the impact of AI on arbitration is a distant pipedream, not an imminent reality”.</p>\n
<p>The event is co-hosted by Young ICCA and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton and will take place at Cleary Gottlieb's office in Paris, on Thursday, 30 March from 1 to 3 pm CET.</p>\n
<p>A light lunch will be served from 1 to 1.30 pm CET.</p>\n
<p>Given recent rapid developments in AI technologies, this debate will consider whether AI has the potential to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of arbitration, or whether any transformative changes are still many years away. The debate will also address important questions about the role of human decision making in the dispute resolution process and ethical implications of relying on AI.</p>\n
