Presentation

Arbitrations are (or should be) decided on the evidence. Issues surrounding legal privilege and admissibility of evidence can be complex and often make a material difference to the outcome of an arbitration. This is further complicated because different jurisdictions adopt different approaches to legal privilege and admissibility of evidence. Join us to hear from speakers of diverse jurisdictional backgrounds share their experiences from counsel, tribunal and the institution's perspective on these fascinating issues.
The discussion will be moderated by Gerald Leong, Herbert Smith Freehills (London) / YSIAC Committee Member.
