Join Teynier Pic and Baker Botts as we present the preliminary findings from Baker Botts’s world-first comparative study of ICSID and non-ICSID annulment proceedings. That study is a sequel to Baker Botts’s groundbreaking 2021 study on annulment in ICSID arbitration published in conjunction with BIICL (the British Institute of International and Comparative Law). Jack Biggs (Baker Botts) will present the key takeaways from the study. This will be followed by a panel discussion regarding ICSID and non-ICSID annulment proceedings featuring Yas Banifatemi (GBS Disputes), Pierre Pic (Teynier Pic) and David Turner (Baker Botts). The event will be moderated by Sara Nadeau-Seguin (Teynier Pic) and Johannes Koepp (Baker Botts).
