About us

SVAMC is a non-profit foundation that promotes efficient technology dispute resolution in technology and technology-related business disputes in Silicon Valley, throughout the U.S. and around the world. As part of its mission, SVAMC provides educational programming and related resources, such as the SVAMC Guidelines on the Use of AI in Arbitration, to technology companies and law firms. Notably, SVAMC also publishes the annual List of the World’s Leading Technology Neutrals. The Tech List is a highly acclaimed, peer-vetted list comprising exceptionally qualified arbitrators and mediators in the U.S. and globally, all with particular skill and experience in the technology sector.
