About us
The Hague Court of Arbitration for Aviation is a Dutch NGO dedicated to bettering the aviation industry's dispute resolution processes through the use of arbitration and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. It is an administering body, with its own rules and model clauses, focused on industry needs and a list of neutrals, as it is a convening entity for thought leadership and training in furtherance of our mission to optimize dispute avoidance and resolution within the industry and its various sectors.
As an entity focused on cross-border dispute resolution, we are delighted to partner with PAW, recognizing it to be a critical nexus for commercial arbitration worldwide.
