About us

YKVN was the first Vietnamese law firm included the GAR 100 list in 2022. YKVN is also the only Vietnamese law firm on the 2023 GAR list and hopes to remain on the 2024 GAR list soon to be announced. This distinction recognizes in part the fact that YKVN, alone among the international and domestic Vietnam based law firms, has an international arbitration practice group based in the Singapore office.

The group is led by five partners including partners who have achieved national and regional recognition as top dispute resolution practitioners. The head of the practice is serving his fourth terms on the SIAC Arbitration Court. One partner was recognized as Benchmark “Lawyer of the Year” in 2019 and included in the ALB top 15 litigators in Asia in 2020. One partner was included in the ALB top 15 Southeast Asia litigators in 2022 and 2023. Three partners were included in the Legal 500 Arbitration Private Practice Power List in 2022 and 2023.
