Anastasia Davis Bondarenko is Senior Vice President at Fortress Investment Group where she advises on international arbitration investments be it on single cases, portfolios of disputes or award monetisation.

Specialised in international dispute resolution and public and private international law, Anastasia is admitted to the Paris, New York and Quebec bars. Prior to joining the litigation finance industry, Anastasia was in private practice acting as counsel in complex, multijurisdictional and high-value commercial, investment, and state-to-state disputes in top international arbitration practices.

Anastasia regularly speaks at industry conferences and contributes to articles on a wide range of topics in connection with dispute resolution funding and international arbitration.
