Adam Malek is a French-Algerian Lawyer registered with the Paris Bar (Avocat à la Cour). He works as an Associate at Darci.

His work covers commercial and investment arbitration as well as complex international disputes with a particular focus on construction. He represents companies in international arbitration proceedings under the rules of major arbitration centers and in annulment proceedings before the Paris Court of Appeal. He also advises and assists clients in drafting contracts and contractual documentation, avoiding and resolving disputes in relation with international construction projects.

Adam also serves as arbitral tribunal secretary. He is listed in the Tashkent International Arbitration Center (TIAC) roster of tribunal secretaries and in the panel of arbitrators of the ICOMA (Rabat - Morocco).

Adam trained and worked with arbitration teams of major law firms such as Quinn Emanuel, Clifford Chance and De Gaulle Fleurance. He has also assisted arbitrators in a Parisian boutique (RSDA) where he developed a wider practice in alternative dispute resolution methods.

He is involved in different projects related to international arbitration such as Arb&Cast, Young ICCA, Young AffA or YSIAC. He is the founder and Co-chair of DZ VYAP. He also worked as a researcher for the Task Force on Tech Disputes, Tech Companies & International Arbitration of the Silicon Valley Arbitration and Mediation Center.

Adam also has academic activities and is regularly invited to give lectures at leading institutions such as Paris I Pantheon Sorbonne University, HEAD Paris or the Algerian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
