Alexandre LERCHER

Alexandre is a legal analyst at IVO Capital. He focuses primarily on analyzing and monitoring litigation proceedings financed by our funds. He also teaches international contract law and comparative business law at Paris Dauphine University, as well as litigation financing at UPEC and the University of Geneva.
Alexandre holds a doctorate in law and a CAPA (Certificate of Aptitude for the Profession of Lawyer). He defended a thesis entitled "The influence of third-party funding on international arbitration proceedings, or the financialization of arbitration" at Paris Dauphine University. He holds a Master 2 in International Business Law from the University of Lorraine, a university degree in International Business Litigation from UPEC, and an LLM in International Dispute Settlement (MIDS) jointly awarded by the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies and the University of Geneva Law School.
