Alice specialises in commercial litigation and arbitration. Alice has a wide range of experience in commercial disputes and act for UK-based and international clients across a range of sectors including financial and professional services, real estate and media.

Alice works across a variety of business sectors and a have wide range of experience in commercial litigation and arbitration. Alice also has experience in alternative dispute resolution processes such as mediation and expert determination. Most of her work has an international element.

Alice chose to specialise in dispute resolution because every dispute has a unique story and requires different skills. Alice finds that it is rewarding to be trusted by clients to present their side of the story in a persuasive and compelling way, and to be able to provide bespoke strategic advice in difficult circumstances.

Alice particularly enjoys getting to know her clients and developing a thorough understanding of their business or personal circumstances. For her, building strong relationships and identifying a client’s objectives right from the start of our involvement in a dispute are the key to devising practical and cost-effective solutions that achieve the best possible outcome.
