Amany Chamieh is Counsel at Signature Litigation’s Paris office, specialising in international arbitration. She has a strong track record in commercial and investment treaty arbitration under ICC, ICSID, and ad hoc rules, and handles enforcement and annulment proceedings before the French courts. Amany represents both state-owned and private entities, focusing on disputes from the Middle East and North Africa. Her sector expertise spans energy, telecoms, tech, defence, metallurgy, construction, and M&A disputes. In addition to her role as counsel, Amany acts as arbitrator in ad hoc and ICC cases.
Before joining Signature Litigation, Amany worked in French law firms and as Deputy Counsel at the Secretariat of the ICC International Court of Arbitration. Amany is a member of the Arbitration Committee of the Association Francaise d’Arbitrage and the Vice-Secretary general of the Club de l’Arbitrage.
Amany speaks Arabic, French, English and German, which allows her to bring a cross-cultural perspective to every case and situation.
