Ana STANIC

Ana Stanič, an English Solicitor Advocate and Irish solicitor, has over 25 years of experience of advising states, companies and international institutions on matters of energy law, EU law and international law with specific emphasis on dispute resolution. She sits as an arbitrator and also acts as counsel in international commercial arbitrations and investment treaty arbitrations with a particular focus on energy. She also advises states on inter-state disputes before CJEU and the PCA including concerning boundary disputes and environment. She is a member of Court of Arbitrators of the PCA and was nominated as an arbitrator and sustainability expert by the EU in respect of bilateral disputes under the EU's trade and investments agreements with third countries in June 2022.
