Anastasia Davis Bondarenko is Senior Vice President at Fortress Investment Group where she advises on international arbitration investments.

Prior to joining the litigation finance industry, Anastasia was in private practice where she advised and represented private and sovereign clients in the context of complex and high-value commercial, investment, and state-to-state disputes.

Anastasia is qualified to practice law in Paris, New York and Quebec and is recognised as a thought leader in Who’s Who Legal: Thought Leaders – Third Party Funding and Lawdragon Global 100 Leaders in Litigation Finance.

Anastasia teaches third party funding in international arbitration at Université Paris-Saclay in the Master 2 Arbitrage & Commerce International program, regularly speaks at conferences and contributes to articles on dispute resolution funding and international arbitration.
