Anna ZABROTSKAYA

Anna Zabrotskaya is Managing Partner of Nordic Star Law Offices (Russia) and Head of the Dispute Resolution and Fashion & Luxury Law practices. She represents clients in complex disputes before Russian arbitrazh courts and courts of general jurisdiction, as well as in international commercial arbitration. Her practice focuses on cross-border disputes, parallel proceedings, and multi-jurisdictional strategy, including interim measures, enforcement of court orders, recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards and foreign judgments, and the preparation of legal opinions and expert evidence.

Anna is recognised as one of the early pioneers of fashion law in Russia, advising international fashion and luxury brands on legal aspects of business operations in Russia and the CIS.

She has been a member of the St. Petersburg Bar Association since 2012 and is entitled to practise in England and Wales as a registered foreign lawyer. Anna is a member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR, the ICC Russia Arbitration Commission, and has served on the Users’ Council of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).

Anna teaches International Commercial Arbitration and International Dispute Resolution in English at St. Petersburg State University and lectures on fashion law at Mod’Art.
