Anne-Laure-Hélène leads the Competition Law department in the Paris office of Fieldfisher.

She regularly advises clients in the telecommunications, energy, hotel and leisure, art market, transport, banking and new technology sectors. She advises clients on competition law and unfair practices, establishing and implementing their distribution and contractual policies, merger controls and lobbying.

Anne-Laure-Hélène defends the interests of her clients before the competition authorities (Competition Authority, DGCCRF, European Commission) and the courts having jurisdiction in matters involving competition law (specialized tribunals and courts of appeal, Council of State, TPUE, CJCE, DGCCRF).

I also have in-depth expertise of handling litigation before courts and national regulation authorities including ARCEP, ARJEL, CRE and CSA.

I am member of the board of directors of the French competition lawyers association (APDC) as well as member of the board of the Women and Law Association. I teach competition litigation within the master's program at Paris-Dauphine University. I am also member of the Conseil National des Barreaux (Major actor of justice and law in France. It represents the interests of French lawyers) and the PIG Mission de recherche Droit et Justice, a French entity that aims to develop a scientific research activity in the fields of law and justice.

I hold diplomas from the Georgetown University Law Center (GULC) in Washington DC (LLM in International law), as well as from the Universities of Paris II Assas (Post-graduate degree in Litigation and arbitration) and Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne (Post-graduate degree in Business law). I am member of the Paris bar since 1995.
