Antolín Fernández Antuña is an independent arbitrator with more than 20 years of experience in dispute resolution and extensive practice in international arbitration. Over the course of his career, he has participated in 50+ international arbitrations as counsel, legal expert, and arbitrator, including 30+ ICSID cases.

He is uniquely triple-qualified as a lawyer, economist, and chartered accountant. He holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and Taxation and previously served as a State Tax Inspector and Counsel for the Kingdom of Spain. He currently serves as Spanish Vice-Chair of the ICC Arbitration Commission.

Mr. Fernández Antuña now devotes his practice exclusively to serving as an arbitrator in a wide range of commercial and investment disputes.
