Arnaud a rejoint EY Société d’avocats en qualité de senior advisor pour développer la pratique de l’arbitrage investisseurs-Etats.
Professeur à l’Université Paris Est Créteil, il enseigne depuis une dizaine d’années le droit international économique, le droit de l’arbitrage international et le droit international des investissements.
Auteur de publications nombreuses et reconnues dans ce domaine, il assure également des missions de conseil ou d’expertise dans des arbitrages internationaux, notamment dans le secteur bancaire ou celui des concessions portuaires. Il siège également comme arbitre pour des litiges opposant investisseurs étrangers et Etats.
Arnaud est agrégé de droit public, titulaire d’un doctorat de l’Université Panthéon Assas et d’un Master 2 en droit international de la même université.
