Arsen MILIUTIN

Arsen Miliutin is Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Management Board of Oschadbank, where he oversees non-performing loan management, debt restructuring, and recovery. He previously served as Director of the bank’s Debt Restructuring and Recovery Department and has extensive experience in complex litigation. Before joining Oschadbank, he worked as a lawyer and legal adviser at several leading law firms in Ukraine. With over two decades of legal and financial-sector experience, he has been recognized by legal directories such as Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500 for his work in banking and finance.
