À l’aune de la jurisprudence française depuis l’entrée en vigueur de Décret n° 2011-48 du 13 janvier 2011 portant réforme de l'arbitrage, nos intervenants examineront (i) l’incidence du revirement de l’Assemblée plénière de la Cour de cassation sur la preuve obtenue ou produite de manière déloyale ou illicite, (ii) l’arrêt de l’exécution des sentences arbitrales en matière d’arbitrage international, (iii) l’exequatur des sentences arbitrales devant le conseiller de la mise en état et (iv) les interactions entre juge d’appui et centre d’arbitrage. \r\n

In light of French case law since the French arbitration law reform enacted by Decree No. 2011-48 of 13 January 2011, our speakers will examine (i) the impact of the reversal by the Plenary Assembly of the Court of Cassation of its prior position on evidence obtained or produced unfairly or unlawfully, (ii) the stay of enforcement of arbitral awards in international arbitration, (iii) the exequatur of arbitral awards before the conseiller de la mise en état, and (iv) the interaction between the juge d’appui and the arbitration center. \r\n
