Aurélie Chazai est avocate aux Barreaux du Cameroun et de Paris et l’Associée Gérante de la SCP Chazai Wamba, Cabinet d’avocats d’affaires basé à Douala (Cameroun) qu’elle a co-fondé en 2017.

Passée par les plus grands cabinets internationaux (notamment Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP et Ashurt LLP), elle s’est imposée comme une avocate de premier plan sur les marchés camerounais et africain. Elle intervient principalement en matière de banque et finance, marchés de capitaux, financement de projets et partenariats public-privé.

Elle a également une pratique contentieuse soutenue et est intervenue dans le cadre de plusieurs procédures internationales, tant devant les juridictions étatiques, qu’à l’occasion de procédures arbitrales.

Aurélie Chazai est titulaire d’un Master 2 en Droit Financier et d’un Master 2 en Droit des Affaires et Fiscalité de l’Université Paris I – Panthéon Sorbonne.
