Ayesha TALPADE

Ayesha Talpade is the Senior Legal Counsel at the International Testing Agency. She prosecutes Anti-Doping Rule Violations on behalf of 40+ international sports federations and major event organizers. Since joining the ITA in 2018, Ayesha has handled over 600 potential Anti-Doping Rule Violations and argued cases before the Court of Arbitration of Sport and various first instance disciplinary tribunals including at major events like the Tokyo, Beijing and Paris Olympic Games, the Asian Games and the World Games.

Prior to joining the ITA, Ayesha worked in private practice in India on sports arbitration matters.
