Bertrand KLEINMANN

Bertrand Kleinmann is the Vice President of the Tribunal des Activités Économiques (TAE) of Paris, a newly established court dedicated to handling large-scale economic and commercial disputes. He also serves as Vice President of the Paris Commercial Court. In his role, he plays a key part in the modernization and transformation of judicial procedures within the TAE. He emphasizes the court’s mission to deliver faster and more predictable proceedings for litigants. The Paris TAE handles approximately 9,000 new full-scale cases, 20,000 payment orders, and 5,000 summary proceedings each year—figures that illustrate the magnitude of the institution under his leadership.
