Bobin PARK

Bobin Park is Senior Legal Counsel and Head of the Legal Team at Samsung Heavy Industries Nigeria. She leads legal operations and dispute management for high-value offshore EPC projects and infrastructure developments in the West African Oil & Gas sector.

Bobin is dually qualified as an attorney in New York and the Republic of Korea. Her practice focuses on complex multi-jurisdictional construction and energy disputes.

With experience spanning in-house practice, international dispute resolution, and cross-border project work, she is also an active member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR. Bobin holds an LL.M. in International Arbitration from the University of Miami School of Law (White & Case International Arbitration LL.M.), where she studied under Professor Jan Paulsson.
