Dr. Camelia Bogdan is an independent international arbitrator, P.R.I.M.E. Finance expert, and Certified Chartered FinTech Professional. As a former judge on the Bucharest Court of Appeals, she led landmark anti-corruption and asset recovery cases, securing over €350 million for Romania through final autonomous money laundering decisions scrutinized by the European Court of Human Rights. A Fulbright Scholar and LL.M. GWU alumna in Banking, Finance, Corporations, and Securities law, she advises globally on judicial integrity, financial crime, and cross-border enforcement.
