Caroline DUCLERCQ
Associée du cabinet Medici, Caroline Duclercq pratique l’arbitrage international depuis une vingtaine d’années.
Elle conseille régulièrement des sociétés françaises et étrangères et est intervenue en qualité de conseil dans de nombreuses procédures d’arbitrage, ad hoc ou régies par les principaux règlements d’arbitrage (ICC, SCC, AFA, CMAP, LCIA, Stockholm, SIAC, Cepani, CCAT, etc.), portant sur des différends soumis à une grande diversité de lois applicables. Caroline a une expertise particulière des arbitrages relatifs aux contrats d’ingénierie et de construction, ainsi que des contentieux relatifs au secteur de la distribution, de l'hôtellerie, de l'énergie (oil & gas), de la propriété intellectuelle et industrielle, du corporate (joint-venture et pacte d’actionnaires), des télécommunications et du transport.
Elle a par ailleurs développé une forte pratique du contentieux péri-arbitral et plus particulièrement des procédures d’annulation et d’exécution des sentences devant les juridictions françaises.
Caroline intervient également très régulièrement en qualité d’arbitre dans des arbitrages commerciaux dans les secteurs les plus variés, dont la vente, la distribution, l’énergie, les technologies de communication et d’information, la construction, le tourisme ou encore l’immobilier.
Enfin, Caroline intervient aussi très régulièrement en contract management auprès des clients en organisation et prévention de litiges dans le domaine de la construction et ingénierie, que ce soit pour l'Employer, le Contractor ou le Sub-contractor.
Depuis 2014, Caroline est Directrice du Diplôme Universitaire de « Droit de l’Arbitrage interne et international ». Elle enseigne par ailleurs la matière arbitrale dans les Universités de Versailles St Quentin, Montpellier et Toulouse.
Caroline est co-fondatrice et anime depuis 2012 les petits déjeuners « Wake Up (With) Arbitration! », dédiés à la pratique de l’arbitrage et intervient très régulièrement dans des conférences portant sur l’arbitrage et la construction.
Elle est actuellement membre du conseil d'administration de l’Association Française de l’Arbitrage (AFA) et du Paris MENA Legal Club ainsi que membre active de la Commission Française de l’Arbitrage International de la CCI.

Proposées sous forme de petits déjeuners entre praticien(ne)s de l’arbitrage, ces tables rondes ont pour objectif de véritables échanges de savoir et de savoir-faire : \r\n

1.\tpour un échange et une interaction positive entre toutes les générations. Cette table ronde sera ainsi animée par deux intervenants ; les invités, tous praticiens de l’arbitrage, seront d’expérience variée, des plus jeunes aux plus expérimentés. Tous pourront ainsi échanger et poser librement des questions parfois difficiles à soulever dans d’autres contextes ;\r\n
2.\tsur des points pas nécessairement toujours abordés car essentiellement pratiques, parfois “politiquement incorrects” et/ou pouvant toucher à des questions relatives à des dossiers en cours ;\r\n
