Cédric MOREAU

Cédric Moreau is a Partner at Sofinnova Partners and a member of the Crossover Strategy team. He has deep expertise in life sciences valuation, capital markets and complex transactions, with a strong focus on late-stage biopharma investments.

He advises on investment decisions at critical inflection points in a company’s development, including clinical proof of concept, IPO readiness and strategic transactions with major pharmaceutical and healthcare players. Cédric brings a pragmatic perspective on value creation, pricing of innovation and risk allocation in innovation-driven contexts, drawing on extensive experience advising on more than €2 billion in European healthcare transactions.

Before joining Sofinnova, Cédric held senior roles in life sciences corporate finance at Oddo BHF and Bryan Garnier & Co, advising on a number of high-profile cross-border biopharma transactions.
