Charles is a Fellow the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and also a Chartered Arbitrator. He is a member of various arbitral panels, including specialist panels (LME, MMTA).
Charles has been sitting as an arbitrator for over 20 years, often in commodity based disputes. He is also a specialist in financial services law (securities, investment vehicles). He is one of the few professionals to be on the Panel of Recognised International Market Experts in Finance (P.R.I.M.E Finance) as a dispute resolution expert, attached to the Permanent Court of Arbitration.
