Claire CRéPET DAIGREMONT
Après avoir soutenu, sous la direction du pr. Charles Leben, sa thèse sur "la clause de la nation la plus favorisée" (prix Suzanne Bastid de la SFDI, publiée aux Ed. Pedone), Claire Crépet Daigremont a été recrutée comme maître de conférences en Droit public à l'Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas. Ses recherches n'ont cessé depuis sur le droit international économique (droit international des investissements et droit de l'OMC). Elle a publié de nombreux articles dans ce domaine et dans d'autres relevant du droit international public, du contentieux international et du droit de l'Union européenne. Contributrice à plusieurs chroniques de jurisprudence internationale (RGDIP, Cahiers de l'arbitrage), elle est aussi co-auteur des Grandes décisions de la jurisprudence internationale publiée aux Editions Dalloz et co-responsable des collections "Grandes pages du droit international" et "Cours et travaux de l'IHEI" publiées aux Ed. Pedone. Depuis la rentrée 2024, Claire Crépet Daigremont assume les fonctions de directrice des études de l'IHEI (Institut des hautes études internationales, Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas).

Ses recherches n'ont cessé depuis sur le droit international économique (droit international des investissements et droit de l'OMC). Elle a publié de nombreux articles dans ce domaine et dans d'autres relevant du droit international public, du contentieux international et du droit de l'Union européenne. Contributrice à plusieurs chroniques de jurisprudence internationale (RGDIP, Cahiers de l'arbitrage), elle est aussi co-auteur des Grandes décisions de la jurisprudence internationale publiée aux Editions Dalloz et co-responsable des collections "Grandes pages du droit international" et "Cours et travaux de l'IHEI" publiées aux Ed. Pedone. Depuis la rentrée 2024, Claire Crépet Daigremont assume les fonctions de directrice des études de l'IHEI (Institut des hautes études internationales, Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas)."
