Clémence DURIEUX
Passionate about wine, I founded Le Bon Gustave in 2015 after several successful professional experiences in the wine world in France and around the world.
Le Bon Gustave was the first wine e-conciergerie in France with a mission to help any wine lover find any bottle of wine thanks to the photo of its label. Each user was accompanied personally by a wine finder who guaranted a unique and outstanding experience. Quick response, ease of use, expertise defined our service.
A fund raising of 600K€ from private investors in 2019 allowed us to acquire scalable tools while guaranteeing a constantly improving user experience.
Le Bon Gustave was bought by Le Petit Ballon in August 2021. As Head of Care for two years, I revamped Le Petit Ballon customer service. I also designed an innovative loyalty program and set up tools to create a WoW experience for Le Petit Ballon subscibers. As a result, Le Petit Ballon NPS was close to 70 in 2023.
I now work as COO of Champagne Virginie T., a small Champagne House founded by Virginie Taittinger and her son, specialized in extended ageing cuvées with a fantastic challenge to multiply by 3 the number of bottles sold within 3 years.
In addition, I share my experience with students at Institut Paul Bocuse and Burgundy School of Business where I teach E-commerce.
