Cyril VOCK

Cyril Vock is Head of Low Carbon Regulatory Affairs and Economic Sanctions in TotalEnergies. He advises operational and business divisions on the international and domestic regulatory framework and evolutions to anticipate around low carbon activities and projects (Carbon Capture & Storage, Nature Based Solutions, carbon credits and markets). Cyril joined TotalEnergies in 2012 and has held previous positions (Project Finance, Upstream negotiator). He is an English solicitor and a French Avocat. Before TotalEnergies, Cyril was in private practice in the energy sector. He gives regular lectures on energy law topics at academic and engineering institutions in France and England (Queen Mary University, Energy and Climate Law Institute, Institut Français du Pétrole et des Energies Nouvelles, Ecole des Ponts ParisTech).
