David KHACHVANI

David Khachvani is counsel at Levy Kaufmann-Kohler in Geneva. He specializes in international commercial and investment arbitration. Over the past ten years, he has acted as counsel, arbitrator and arbitral secretary in over 40 arbitrations related to a variety of sectors and under most of the major arbitral rules. David is regularly appointed as arbitrator in international commercial arbitrations originating from Eastern Europe and Central Asia. He also advises States and investors on matters of international investment law.

David holds a doctoral degree from the University of Geneva and an LL.M. in International Dispute Settlement (MIDS). He has authored multiple publications related to dispute resolution and international law.
