Graduated with a MBA of Communication & Business Administration, Delphine Sarfati-Sobreira began her career at Le Figaro (national French daily paper) before working at Publicis (Internation-al communications agency) where she oversaw consumer products.

Afterwards, she joins Unifab – French association fighting counterfeiting and promoting intellectual property rights - where she holds the position of Communication and development Manager allowing her to build European projects of consumers’ awareness as well as training modules for governmental institutions, and to lead concrete actions in favor of creators and innovating companies across all sectors.
Thanks to a constant practice of public affairs and her mastering of communication techniques on and off line, she got appointed UNIFAB’s CEO in 2013 and today she represents the private sector beside the French government but also in European and internationals organizations.
At this position, she presides the communications group of the National Anti-Counterfeiting Committee (CNAC), gets several articles published in media, regularly gives academic lectures (Universities of ASSAS, of MONPTELLIER, EDHEC, INSEEC, ESCE, EFAP, IEP, ESMOD, MODART, Sup de Luxe…), and works as an Expert with many institutions.
Her recent studies and actions focus on the regulation of digital worlds, the education of influencers, the impact of counterfeiting on the environment, the link between counterfeiting and organized crime or AI.
She was elected, on March 2024, President of the Global Anti-Counterfeiting Group (GACG), international association of fight against counterfeiting.
