22 years of work experience in construction, currently General Counsel of Bouygues Bâtiment International, in charge of all aspects legal, i.e., projects, disputes and compliance.

Has overseen the negotiation of major projects worldwide (PPPs, Concessions, DBOs and Construction Contracts) within one of the leading international construction companies (Bouygues Construction).

Expert in ad hoc project development from start to completion, either as project lawyer or as leader of a team of legal experts for PPP (Private Public Partnership), infrastructure and energy projects; real estate development; construction; financing, operation and maintenance; disputes and litigation.

Previously head of the “complex projects” team of Bouygues Travaux Publics and also in charge of the mining activities of the company and appointed general counsel of VSL (a specialised subcontractor company of the Bouygues Group).
