Eleissa KARAJ

Eleïssa Karaj is Innovation Manager at Allen & Overy in Paris. She is responsible for implementing the firm’s internal innovation strategy and developing digital tools and solutions to support clients in addressing complex legal challenges.

She previously served as Head of Digital Transformation and Innovation at August Debouzy, and began her career in 2016 as a digital transformation consultant in the financial services sector at Wavestone.
