Eléonore TOUPART
Eléonore Toupart a été conseillère adjointe auprès de la Cour Internationale d’Arbitrage de la Chambre de Commerce Internationale (la Cour) de 2020-2023 au sein de l’équipe en charge des arbitrages impliquant des parties originaires des régions francophones au Moyen-Orient, en Afrique et en Europe. Eléonore a ensuite été Conseillère de l'équipe en charge des affaires Italo-Suisse, avant de revenir en tant que Conseillère au sein de l'équipe dite "Francophone" regroupant les affaires impliquant des parties originaires des pays francophones d'Afrique, du Moyen Orient et d'Europe. A travers ses diverses expériences au sein de cabinets d’avocats de premier plan spécialisés en arbitrage international, l’administration quotidienne des procédures arbitrales ainsi que dans le cadre de son activité de conseil auprès de la Cour, Eléonore a été exposée à un grand nombre de problématiques liées à la pratique arbitrale dont elle a acquis une expérience significative.
