Eliane ROUYER CHEVALIER

Eliane Rouyer-Chevalier has held senior executive roles at Accor and Edenred, working in both Finance and Corporate Social Responsibility. For the past ten years, she has served as an independent board director at Legrand and Ipsos, and previously at Vigeo Eiris.
In collaboration with the World Bank, she contributes to governance missions across the African continent.

A long‑standing participant in forward‑looking discussions on the “world of tomorrow,” she is active in several platforms, including the Institute for Responsible Capitalism (Institut du Capitalisme Responsable), the think tanks of Deloitte and KPMG, and serves as a member of the Steering Committee of Chapter Zero France (Chapter Zero France). She is also a Senior Advisor at CogitoPraxis on corporate citizenship.

In December 2021, she contributed to the drafting of the guide “The Board of Directors and Non‑Financial Information” (« Le Conseil d’Administration et l’information extra‑financière »), published by the French Institute of Directors (Institut Français des Administrateurs).

She co‑leads several Executive Education programs at Paris Dauphine University – PSL (Université Paris Dauphine – PSL).
