Erin MARSH

Associate General Counsel, International Litigation
Coinbase

Erin Marsh is an Associate General Counsel at Coinbase. She is responsible for managing Coinbase's consumer and commercial litigation dockets outside of the United States, as well as Coinbase's responses to ombudsman complaints and subpoenas. Erin has a particular depth of expertise in connection with crypto disputes and international commercial arbitration (LCIA, ICC, SIAC, NAI and UNCITRAL Rules).

Prior to joining Coinbase, Erin spent nine years at Linklaters LLP where she specialised in resolving complex cross-border disputes in the energy, construction, transportation and banking sectors.
