Evgeniya’s core competences cover dispute resolution and capital restructuring. Her professional achievements include out-of-court settlement of corporate disputes and defence of clients in the landmark court cases. Evgeniya is one of the leading specialists in private foundations.
She acts as the arbitrator at the Russian Arbitration Centre, the Arbitration Centre at the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP), the International Commercial Arbitration (Arbitration) Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Tashkent International Arbitration Centre (TIAC), and the Harbin Arbitration Commission. Since December 2024, she has been the head of the Ural branch of the Arbitration Centre at the RSPP.
Evgeniya's experience in legal practicing is more than 17 years, she has held the positions of Head of office and Partner in a major transregional law firm (from 2019); she is Managing partner at Chervets.Partners (from 2024).

In May 2025, Statut Publishing House released Evgeniya's book on ‘Private foundations at the Intersection of Law and Economics: Mechanisms for Managing Private Capital.’ In December 2025, Evgeniya defended her dissertation on asset partition and was awarded a PhD degree.
