He advises and represent clients throughout all stages of a dispute, from pre-dispute claim enforcement throughout all ADR proceedings to enforcement matters. Falco further advises on all aspects of litigation funding. Having worked for several years as in-house counsel at a leading international litigation funder, he brings unique insights and experience in the litigation finance industry.
